Employment Law Alert: California Publishes Model Whistleblower Notice For Posting By January 1, 2025
December 20, 2024
As we have discussed in some of our webinars this year, California Assembly Bill 2299 was enacted to require employers to post certain information regarding employee rights and responsibilities under whistleblower laws by January 1, 2025. The law provides that an employer will be deemed in compliance with this requirement if it posts a model notice from the California Labor Commissioner, and the California Labor Commissioner has now published the model notice.
Employers seeking further guidance may contact any of the firm’s attorneys.
